LIVING WITH A CAT
It was a pleasure to design an interior for a young lawyer who lives with a cat, I am talking about it as a designer and as a cat lover, owner of two those creatures.
From the very beginning, when working on the space plan, we had good relation with each other. The investor was open to fresh ideas and my advice.
Are we tearing down the walls? Yes!
Are we enlarging the living room space? Yes!
A three-room apartment with a small living room has been redesigned into a spacious living room, a bedroom with a large wardrobe, a separate practical utility room and a bathroom.

The main element of the interior is a veneered oak wardrobe, which creates a storage space in the entrance hall, and from the bedroom side it is a spacious wardrobe for clothes. The whole is complemented by individually designed sliding doors in a wooden frame with ornamental glass.
The idea based on minimalizm, with expression of high-quality materials such as wood and terrazzo.

The apartment block in which the flat is located is equipped with large windows, but unusually starting from the level of about 30 centimeters. It wasn't looking good.
I suggested low-rise furniture, which hides the radiators, includes drawers and also perform the function of cat zone!
The platforms are designed so that the cat can climb or sleep on them. This piece of furniture separates the living room space, encircling the couch.

The bathroom is a minimalist terrazzo paradise. The delicate pattern individually design and prepared by the contractor on the tiles and monolithic washbasin is to dominate. Terracotta-colored pieces are emphasized with a colorful finishing profile at the top. It is absolutely enough!
Let us not forget about the cat! There is its place in the furniture front.
